E-book leads: E-book downloads and engagement now appear automatically in Channel View and IgniteDemand Plus.
Phone numbers in lead records: Lead profiles now show phone numbers when available.
Weekly lead summary emails (opt-in): A weekly email highlighting recent lead activity and engagement.
All IgniteDemand Plans:
Faster, more reliable data sync: Lead and engagement activity appears more consistently across dashboards.
Large data downloads: Lead and engagement exports now support large datasets without failing.
Improved filtering and sorting: Multi-select filters, reset controls, and more predictable sorting. Download with “filters applied” allows for customized downloading of specific leads.
Account Admin invitations: Client Admins can reliably invite users to their IgniteDemand accounts.
Cleaner dashboards: Clear filter and sort placeholders easily. “Download with Filters Applied” now makes it easier and more accurate than ever to view and download specific leads.
